This week various planning applications have been submitted to Swansea Council.

The list below contains part a planning applications that became valid the previous week:

  • Two storey single storey side and rear extensions and conversion of garage to accommodation at 12 Lon Irfon, Cockett, Swansea.
  • Single Storey Rear Extension (non-material amendment to Building Permit 2021/3101/FUL granted Dec 10, 2021) to change the roof of the rear extension from a flat roof to a pitched roof with ceiling lights, remove the door side and increase side windows and replace rear window with folding doors at 12 New Quarr Road, Treboeth, Swansea.
